ABOUT SHRINE

A calmer place to read public network signals.

Shrine presents the public signals associated with an IP address clearly, honestly, and with as little distraction as possible.

OUR APPROACH

Useful context, without false certainty

We favor deliberate pacing, plain labels, and visible limitations over dense dashboards or claims of exact tracking.

IP geolocation is an estimate based on network registration and routing data. It can suggest an area, provider, and timezone; it cannot reveal a person’s exact physical position.

HOW IT WORKS

01

Submit

You choose a public IPv4 or IPv6 address. Nothing is looked up until you start the search.

02

Resolve

Our PHP service validates the address and requests available network and location signals from IPinfo.

03

Read

The response is reduced to a clear set of useful fields, with missing data shown honestly.

Built for responsible checks

Use Shrine for troubleshooting, research, development, and everyday network questions. Do not use approximate IP data to identify, track, or make high-risk decisions about an individual.
